Yes! For standard products, free samples are available for you to test before making final decision. You only need to fill a simple form at contact us page and our sales will contact you within 24 hours then.

Terms and Conditions Questions

For test samples, we accept small quantity orders to help you reduce initial investment and test market first.

And for bulk order, our MOQ is normally 500 pcs to help you reduce inventory cost and allocated less fixed cost for each products.

Normally, our lead time is 3 to 5 working days for sample order and 10 to 15 working days for bulk order. Kindly contact our sales team  for final confirmation.

We have established Quality Management System based on process node as follow:

  • For production preparation, all our suppliers will be evaluated religiously for good reputation and industry certifications.
  • In production, our factory passed ISO 9001, ISO 14001, QC 080000 and TS 16949. Our electronic connectors made according to UL and ROHS standard with practised QC check the quality of connector component in core process.
  • Before delivery, QC will inspect each batch of products to avoid and reduce the risk of errors.
  • After you get our products, we promise to be responsible for defects caused by quality issues within 12 months.
