MCX Connector

MCX connector product design is reasonable and compact, reducing installation space. Can be used in a smaller space; MCX connector push-in interface, very suitable for quick plug-in and use, convenient and fast; It is cost-effective, has excellent broadband performance and low reflectivity, stable performance.

Renhotec RF’s Micro Coaxial (MCX) series connectors are available in 50 Ω or 75 Ω options and feature broadband capability from DC to 6 GHz. In addition, the MCX series features a secure, fast and simple snap-on/snap-off coupling. First introduced in the 1980s, the MCX connectors are compliant with European CECC 22220 specifications.

This series offers designers an option where weight and physical space are limited. While the MCX uses the same internal contact and insulator dimensions as the SMB. The plug has an outside diameter of 0.140 inches, 30% smaller than the SMB. A range of connectors is available, including printed circuit boards and cable connectors.
